Superb condition of this crisp white linen, finished edges, and pressed. This was originally used as a bed shit (approx twin size) and while we use these still as sheets, my most favorite use is as a tablecloth. I can't tell you how many curries and red wine spills my antique French sheets have experienced! They wash up BEAUTIFULLY, unlike the cotton tablecloths made today. Never bleach, add in a bit of OXY to the washer (soak for a day or two for super stubborn stains). My only tip is to get them in the washer within 24 hours of your dinner party. This one arrives in dinner-party free condition (no stains or tears) ready for you to throw atop your love. Measures approx 70 x 90. One available. France, late 1880's.

We were so taken with their gorgeous weight and size, that an idea for an apron was born. Each features a double pleat at the top and French Twill tie in 48" length each side.
